As the General Manager of a successful, fast-paced and evolving restaurant group for over 10 years, Laura was responsible for labour management, employee training and execution of company policies and procedures.
At Fraser Cafe, Laura was committed to continuous improvement in hospitality
standards as well as the development of new business revenue. She managed all aspects of the fine dining restaurant, catering business, and private event space, in addition, to directly supervising over 40 employees.
Responsible for labor management, employee training, execution of the company
policies and procedures, point of sales operating system and compliance with liquor board laws and regulation enforcement, Laura’s focus were on building a professional, team-oriented working environment, aiding the achievement of sales goals.
